FULLY fill out the online application, submit, and follow to the next page to pay the application fee of $45.

Submit all supporting documents listed on the Application Agreement page to app@tclewisproperties.com. Typically, it's the 3 most recent check stubs and ID copy.

Be sure to use a valid email address that you check regularly. That is how all communication about your application is made (including submission confirmation). You may also need to check your JUNK or SPAM folder.

Allow 2-3 business days from the date of all required materials submitted by everyone in your party for processing.​
