Johnson City, TN -- T. C. Lewis and Co. acquired a commercial property in the North Johnson City/Gray area of East Tennessee in the early Spring of 2021 and has now completed significant renovations and modifications to the property.
"It doesn't even look like the same building," says Tim Carson, Director of Operations. "We eliminated some fencing, added a new layout for fencing and automatic gates, indoor and outdoor storage areas, shipping and receiving area - lots of work over the last few months. And the renovations to the office part of the building are really top notch. The use of cedar and metal inside and out give things a modern feel, but it's still inviting and warm." he added. "We also have a neighboring commercial space on-site there that's for lease for anyone that wants to be our neighbor in Johnson City."
The new Tri-Cities HQ has allowed for four new jobs within the company that can be found on the company website or by searching the Indeed platform for anyone interested.
"We're really excited for the new space. It will give us a much larger footprint so as to allow us to house a lot of equipment and materials all at one site," says Cory Lewis, President/CEO. "We're big on efficiency - that's the biggest thing that has helped us grow the business over the years. And the setup at this property will allow our Tri-Cities operations to be about as efficient as humanly possible."
T. C. Lewis & Co. is a real estate development, investment, and management firm that has been active in the Tri-Cities of Northeast Tennessee since 2005. Their former office in North Johnson City is also currently offered for lease.
